Installation Instructions
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait at least 10 minutes to ensure the SRS system capacitors discharge.
- Adjust the seat to access mounting screws, remove seat trim panels carefully to avoid breakage.
- Unbolt the airbag module from the seat frame and disconnect the airbag connector; do not use excessive force on the connector or wiring.
- Install the replacement airbag, secure mounting bolts to factory locations, reconnect the connector and reassemble trim.
- Reconnect the battery, start the vehicle and verify SRS warning lamp extinguishes. Use an SRS-capable diagnostic tool to read and clear any fault codes if necessary.
