Installation Guide
- Safety first: disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent short circuits.
- Remove the engine cover (if fitted) and release belt tensioner to remove the drive belt.
- Disconnect electrical connectors and battery cable from the alternator.
- Unbolt the alternator mounting fasteners and remove the unit from the engine bay.
- Install the replacement alternator in reverse order: secure mountings, reconnect electrical plugs and cables, refit the belt and reconnect the battery.
