Function And Common Failures

Installation Tips

Access is through the center dashboard trim. Remove the radio/vent frame, undo the fasteners holding the control panel, disconnect the electrical connector and release the cable clips. When refitting, set the levers and doors to their extreme positions (e.g. full cold and front vent) before attaching the cables so the travel and stops align correctly. Ensure all cable clips are seated and cables are not kinked. Check operation of each control and the A/C switch before refitting trim panels.
