Replacement Procedure

1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and switch off all electrical consumers.
2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal to avoid short circuits while working on the lighting circuit.
3. Open the tailgate and remove the interior trim or access panel to reach the rear lamp assembly.
4. Remove the lamp assembly fasteners and carefully pull the lamp out to access the socket connector.
